1. What these terms cover

privit.me (the “service”) is published by DataResellTech OÜ, whose details appear in our legal notice. These terms apply to anyone who visits the service, opens an account, buys access or publishes a collection.

By creating an account, you accept these terms, along with the house charter and the privacy policy, which form part of them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The service at a glance

privit.me is a subscription platform. Adult creators present their photo collections, and adult members buy access to those photos.

PrivitMe sells access to the photos itself: when you pay, you buy from DataResellTech OÜ, which collects the payment, collects the tax due in your country and pays it to the relevant state. Creators grant PrivitMe the rights needed for this sale, and PrivitMe pays them.

Creator pages are public, but no nudity is ever shown in public. Visitors who are not members only see blurred previews.

Photos go live as soon as they are published. A photo or video with nudity is reserved for members who buy it or subscribe, and the creator declares, with each publication, that every person shown is an adult and agreed to the publication.

Nudity is allowed, including artistic nudity. Pornography is prohibited, as is any image or video that shows, simulates or suggests a sexual act, even when reserved for subscribers: it is removed and the account may be closed.

Only creators whose age and identity have been verified by PrivitMe may publish nudity. Until this verification is done, they may publish any other content, but no nudity.

3. Adults only

The service is strictly for people aged 18 or over. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

If there is any doubt about the age of a member or a creator, we may ask for an age verification at any time, and suspend access to the account until the result. Any account opened by a minor is closed immediately.

4. Your account

There is no password. You sign in with a passkey stored on your device: Face ID, fingerprint or your device code.

Creators provide a username and an email address. Members provide an email address, which is used to recover their account and to contact them when needed.

Email addresses are stored encrypted and are never shown to creators. Creators appear under a pseudonym.

Your account is yours alone. If you think someone else has access to it, tell us right away at contact@privit.me.

5. Your balance

Every member has a balance in euros. You can top it up by phone (facture.tel: a premium-rate call or text gives you a code, in France), with USDC or by card.

Your balance pays for monthly subscriptions, single photos and tips. Whatever you do not spend stays on your balance and never expires.

Your balance is an advance paid to DataResellTech OÜ for your purchases on privit.me. It can only be used for these purchases and earns no interest.

If you close your account, any unused balance is refunded on request, in full, with nothing deducted.

6. Monthly subscriptions

A subscription gives you access to a creator’s collection for one month. It renews automatically from your balance at the end of each period.

If your balance is too low when renewal is due, the subscription is paused. It resumes as soon as you top up. If you do not top up within 7 days, it ends.

You can stop in two clicks from “My account”. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and nothing more is taken from your balance for that subscription.

7. Single photos and tips

Some photos can be unlocked one at a time. An unlocked photo is delivered to you immediately.

You can also leave a creator a tip, freely, as a thank-you.

Each purchase gives you a personal viewing licence, granted by PrivitMe. You may not share, distribute or resell any photo you have access to.

8. Prices and taxes

Creators set the price of their subscriptions and photos. You pay that price, plus the VAT or equivalent tax of your country. There is no service fee.

For example, for a photo at 2,00 €, a member in France pays 2,40 € (20 % VAT). The price you see already includes your country’s tax.

PrivitMe collects this tax and pays it to the tax authority of your country, which we derive from your IP address. Payments appear on bank statements under a neutral descriptor.

9. Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you generally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase.

Subscriptions: by ticking the box “I request immediate access”, you ask for your access to start straight away. If you then withdraw within 14 days, you only pay for the part of the service already supplied.

Single photos: digital content unlocked individually is supplied immediately. When you buy it, you give your express consent to immediate supply and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

To withdraw, write to contact@privit.me and tell us which purchase it concerns.

10. Creators: selling with PrivitMe and getting paid

Opening a page costs nothing. Creators set their own price. PrivitMe sells access to members in its own name, collects payments, collects and pays the taxes, then pays the creator their price minus a 5 % commission. There are no other fees.

For example, for a photo at 2,00 €, the creator receives 1,90 €, whatever the member’s country and payment method.

Payouts are made with no minimum amount, by the method the creator chooses: bank transfer, PayPal or USDC.

The creator authorises PrivitMe to issue, in their name and on their behalf, the invoices for their sales to PrivitMe (self-billing). They may dispute an invoice within 30 days.

11. Your content belongs to you

Creators keep ownership of their content. They grant PrivitMe a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host that content, display it and sell access to it to members. This licence ends when the content is deleted.

By publishing, you confirm that you hold all the necessary rights and have the consent of every person shown, including for display on the service.

Before upload, metadata such as location is removed from your photos directly in your browser.

12. Declaration, verification and checks

Before publishing any nudity, the creator has their age and identity verified by PrivitMe, on request from their studio. These rules follow those of the card payment networks for adult content.

When publishing nudity, the creator declares that every person shown is an adult and agreed to the publication. They must be able to prove it on request. The creator’s identity is checked, in any case, before their first payout.

Our team checks publications after they go live and handles every report. We may remove a publication, suspend an account and withhold payouts if these terms are breached.

13. What is not allowed

Any image of a minor, of any kind. Zero tolerance: the account is closed and the matter is reported to the authorities, to NCMEC and to national hotlines.

Content shared without consent, and content showing a minor or anyone who did not agree to its publication.

Violence, hate and any illegal content.

Leaking other people’s content, and sharing or reselling content you have bought.

Harassment of creators or members.

14. Reporting content and appealing a decision

Anyone can report content, even without an account, using the “Report” link or by writing to legal@privit.me. Please include a link to the content and the reason for your report.

We review every report. Illegal content is removed promptly.

Every decision (removal, restriction, suspension) comes with a statement of reasons. The person concerned can appeal by writing to legal@privit.me, and the decision will be reviewed again.

Accounts that repeatedly break these rules are suspended. This process implements the EU Digital Services Act (DSA).

15. Suspension and closing your account

You can close your account at any time. Any unused balance is then refunded on request.

We may suspend or close an account for breach of these terms, for fraud or at the request of an authority. We give reasons for this decision, as described above.

After a deletion request, your account is deactivated at once and can be recovered for 30 days with your email address. It is then deleted. Some data is kept in a restricted-access archive, for the periods stated in our privacy policy: legal obligations, requests from authorities and disputes.

16. Tax obligations for creators

The platform reports creators’ income to the tax authorities, as required by the EU DAC7 directive. Before their first payout, each creator fills in a declaration form.

PrivitMe collects and pays the VAT due on sales to members. Each creator remains responsible for declaring their income in their country and, depending on their situation, VAT on their sales to PrivitMe.

17. Liability

We do our best to keep the service available and secure, but we cannot guarantee that it will run without any interruption.

Creators are responsible for the content they publish. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have by law as a consumer.

18. Changes

These terms may change. If we make a significant change, we will tell you in advance, by email or on the service. The date of the latest update appears at the top of this page.

19. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Estonian law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection given to you by the law of your country of residence.

If something goes wrong, please write to us first at contact@privit.me: we always look for an amicable solution. If that fails, you can turn, free of charge, to the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee (Tarbijavaidluste komisjon, ttja.ee) or ask the European Consumer Centre of your country for help. You may also bring the matter before the competent courts.
